Promotional credits can be granted during campaigns and may be limited by route, account type, and validity period.

Campaign-specific values and expiration dates are shown at the time of activation.

Credits apply only to eligible applications and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Promo balances may be consumed automatically based on active campaign rules.

Unused promotional balances expire at the end of the validity window listed in your account terms.

Expired credits cannot be reinstated unless explicitly stated in writing.
